tips for a UCSD student leaning toward "business" ?

I'm a freshman in Management Science, which I heard is the closest you could get to business, but I heard that it focuses more on economics. I want to make myself a better competitor by going through business.

I want to do a type of international marketing (not entirely interested in financial stuff, but definitely still unsure what I want to do), so I'm planning on double majoring with Management Science and International studies, and minoring in business and possibly taking side media classes for experience.

Problem is I have no idea what exactly I'm interested in. I have no previous job/internship experience, which is why I'd like to take job/internship/volunteer opportunities, but after looking on Port Triton I can't really find any opportunities that seem to match my field. I am completely lost and my counselor didn't really help me. I don't know how to expose myself more either.

My friend goes to UCB and tells me to try to transfer to UCLA or UCB (or USC if i can get enough financial aid) for business if I want to become better competition because they have actual business majors. In addition, they have more opportunities for these fields. Should I consider transferring?
