for the sentence correction portion of the SAT i always get too much no errors, can someone give me a website that lists the most common type of errors on the SAT writing and the grammar rules that apply to those errors?
thanks

There are other, smaller errors that aren’t covered here, but the most common errors are:

Verb Agreement (tense and subject/verb)
Pronoun Agreement (case and pronoun/antecedent)
Parallelism (comparing apples to apples, parallel lists)
Run-on sentences/fragments
Dangling Modifiers

If you can get those all sorted out, your score will see a nice jump.

If you’d like a little clarification on what I mean by some of these things, I’ve done a big ol’ writeup here:
[PWN the SAT: Sentence Improvement Strategies](http://blog.■■■■■■■■■■■■■/2011/02/sentence-improvement-strategies.html)

theres way too many rules to get a 800… I’m in your boat, especially towards the end of the section i get a lot of no errors. Then i went over all the main topics as listed above and find out theres tons of rules within each category as well (exceptions to each rule and stuff). My goal at this point is to get a 700, silver turtle’s guide is really helpful, i recommend that in addition to lots of practice
