Tips to get 2400?

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me create a strategy to get a 2400. I'm currently around 2100-2150.

Here are the books I am currently using:
1. Direct Hits
2. Dr. Chung's Tips
3. Barron's SAT Writing Workbook
4. Blue book

I can score perfect on Math many times, but sometimes I tend to make a careless mistake or two. Critical Reading and Writing are problems, though. My writing is usually in the upper 600's to low 700's. Critical Reading is usually around mid 600's because of poor reading comprehension.

I'm willing to spend time daily to improve. I plan to take the SAT in March and October. I don't think I can get a 2400 in March, but I think I can get it in October.

Here's my current daily plan:
Weekdays - Create 10 flashcards a day with Direct Hits
Weekends - Take practice sections and use writing workbook to improve writing

I think I can spend around 30 minutes - 1 hour/day on SAT work. Weekends I can definitely spend multiple hours if required. Can anyone help me create a daily schedule to improve my scores? For example, weekdays I could make flashcards and take 1 practice section, while weekends I could take a whole exam.

My main problem is Critical Reading. I think if I can get an 800 on that, I can definitely get a 2400 with superscoring. What can I do to improve my CR score by over 150 points? I usually average about 4-5 wrong per CR section currently. I'm hoping the Direct Hits vocabulary will reduce that to about 3-4 wrong per section. How can I improve reading comprehension? Like I said, I'm willing to devote as much time as needed to improve my scores by March or October.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. If not, here's a brief summary:
* Critical Reading is a problem - I average about 4-5 wrong per section, which makes my score about low to mid 600's.
* I'm willing to spend as much time as needed to get a 2400 by March.
* I'm hoping someone here can help me create a schedule and strategy to improve my scores.
* My current strategy is to create 10 flashcards per day on weekdays and take practice sections from the Blue Book on weekends. Can someone please help me improve upon this to maximize my efficiency for the time I'm spending?

Mold it to fit your personal tastes.
If you truly work hard, you should be able to reach your goals. You have plenty of time.

“I don’t think I can get a 2400 in March”

Don’t think like that. You can! Just work hard. Make sure you stay focused on the time’s that you study. I find that 5 mins of intense focus on SAT preparation is better than 30 mins of non-focused studying. You have plenty of time to make a comfortable plan for yourself. Make sure not to overwhelm your body. Whatever works best for you.

Make sure that your strategy works for you. That’s the only way it’s going to work.

Good luck!

I find the critical reading to be the most improvable section, just do a lot of REAL practice(ALOT) tests and make sure to understand why you got something wrong as-well as why you got something right.Be sure to space out your practice tests so that you retain the information. I am not fond of memorizing vocabulary, but it sure does help sometimes
Source:Experience went from the low 600’s to 800 in a month…If you can’t find the blue book or if you need more practice tests just cough torrents cough REAL SAT

Thank you all for the help! Noitera’s guide doesn’t really work well for me because I keep running out of time.
