To all Cornell haters

Those who truly love Cornell and know about it will not be. Though I never had such a problem since Cornell has a great reputation in my (Indian) high school. People mostly agreed I’d love the college and hoped that I’d get in.

Btw wasn’t Northwestern in the top 20 last year? It’s crashed and burned if so.

[Hopkins suicide rate in line with national college trend - News](http://media.www.jhunewsletter.com/media/storage/paper932/news/2006/04/20/News/Hopkins.Suicide.Rate.In.Line.With.National.College.Trend-2242150.shtml)

Cornell’s suicide rate isn’t that high! Yes, we’ve had 3 suicides in a month but overall, its still lower than the national average

never understood this type of talk. a lot of the basis for ‘bashing’ is because cornellians feel the need to defend themselves. harvard students don’t have to constantly prove that their school is a good one.

i find it similar to upenn people having to say it’s much different from penn st. anyone with any sort of knowledge knows that upenn boasts top programs in business and medicine (first medical school in the united states). it’s not worth trying to validate

squelchy: exactly!
