To apply early decision or not to apply ED.

My first choice is Boston University. I already know I'll be able to get in, the thing I am wondering about, is should I apply early decision. If I apply ED I've been hearing that you get a bad deal with finacial aid, but the school's website says that if you get accepted ED you actually get prioirty consideration for the trustee and university scholarships. (full and half rides) My heart it set on this school and I want to just get it over with and apply, but I'm not sure whether it is the best decision monetarily. Thanks for any suggestions

go ED if it's your first choice. you won't know how much aid you'll get until you get teh acceptance letter. if the aid is insufficient for you to enroll, you can be released from the bind (T&C apply).

isn't it alittle late for that?

some EDs are Nov 15 deadline.

I'm actually only a little baby junior so it would be next october/november I apply ED.

Thanks for the opinion though. I really apprecitate it.

you can get a head start by establishing a interaction with BU. :) email them, ask them questions, let them know you're interested, etc.
