<p>Does anyone know if you are notified if you are NOT semi-finalist fpr Emory?</p>
<p>THEY POSTED! What I don't get is in the email it says 350 students, but in the letter online it says 400 students were selected. </p>

<p>Unfortunately, I can now answer my own question. They do notify those who do not qualify for semi-finalist as Emory Scholars. Congratulations to those who did qualify. We are from the Atlanta area and it is a very good school.</p>
<p>Can someone clarify- you are notified whether you did or did not get semifinalist? My son applied for scholars and RD. Got the weird voice recording about financial aid. Haven't heard anything about semifinalist one way or the other though.</p>
<p>Yes, my son applied RD as well. He was notified by email the evening of the 16th that he was NOT a semi-finalist for scholarship. His admissions is still pending until the regular notification. Had he gotten selected as a semi-finalist, we would, of course, known the admissions decision. Good luck.</p>
