To (future) musicians yet again: is THIS impressive?

Feels strange to create another, seemingly pointless thread, but I neither hope that somebody can remember my name from any of my previous threads, nor do I hope that anyone feels annoyed or bugged by me if you do actually remember me. However, this is important to me.

Well...I want to measure and "classify" my accordion skills, but this time, I'm concrete.
What do you think of THIS?
<a href="http://goo.gl/rs2bb%5B/url%5D">http://goo.gl/rs2bb</a></p>

1st question:
Would you deem the piece itself - regardless of the player's performance - as "difficult" or at least at a level at which including an interpretation in an application to Harvard is not "embarrassing"?
2nd, of course:
What do you think of the the player's performance? As for me...well, it's 'acceptable', but not excellent. A bit too slow and too irregular at times PLUS the guy takes the easy way out not playing in two voices in the right hand when he could.

Thanks in advance.

Oh come on, did nobody have the nerves to hear it through or cant you be bothered to write down your opinion and thoughts on it? :D

It seems the piece is difficult enough, but an acceptable piece simply is something that would never appear in a method book. For violins, this would be Suzuki, idk what stuff there is for accordion.
The playing seemed good, but I wasn’t pleased with his conclusion of phrases. Plus, isn’t the piece rather long? It drones on like a Chaconne…
