I think I have the ability to graduate after junior year, but my guidance counselor told me that it would be better if an Ivy league school saw that senior year will be filled with a rigorous schedule (all APs) even if they do not look at grades for senior year. She said that graduating early is only good with community colleges. Is this true?

Talk to a guidance counselor. You may have the option to apply for your top choices, see if you get in, and if you dont, take your senior year and try again (just adding a couple more schools in for backup).

I know someone who dropped out of high school two years early and Caltech gave him its number one scholarship, so no, graduating early isn't only good for community colleges.
