How was your fall quarter, academically-wise? You still think you got what it takes to be a premed?

Personally:
- Chem 14A kicked me to the ground a bit. Time to work my butt off next quarter.
- I still consider myself "premed" for now, but I'm also considering other health related fields. The competition and weeding-out process is a lot fiercer than I thought.
- Math 3A was fine, and GEs of course, are easier in comparison.

14b is much more interesting. a little bit harder, though…i failed the first quiz due to overconfidence/not studying, but got it replaced with the green book. got a B+ on the midterm and clutched the final for an A in the class. god i miss lavelle. loved him.

ok well i suck but im still premed, i dropped chem 14a, got a C in math3a(dude i know…) and comm 10 a C freaking plus! i was expecting at least a B…going to talk to the ta about that…fyi do not take comm 10 if you do not want to be a comm major! my orientation counselor screwed me over on that one. thankfully i had taken classes during the summer and my gpas going way up next quarter thanks to biomed

dont listen to this guy, chem 14a isnt bad at all. just do a lot of hw problem and it should be fine. if you’ve taken ap chem before it helps too…

I don’t know about chem 14A, but I was told the same advice for chem 20A regarding AP chem. I only took chemistry honors in high school and understood the material and did better in chem 20A than the people who took AP chemistry did.
