I'll be calling people tonight, you could be one of them!

do you have a certain section of the alphabet, or a specific region, or just random people?

oh and I got a call last week. Is that the one you're talking about or do you mean there will be another one?

That was what I was talking about. There's an order, but I don't really understand it. Anyway, we try and give every admitted applicant a call.

yay!
i got off the phone with a senior at Chapel Hill.
Really nice person. He also was a Carolina Scholar.
Man, they sure did reach me quickly!

I didn't get a call. Oh well.

Don't worry, we should be making calls throughout the week! We have every intention of calling everyone we can.

I got one back in January. Am I getting another one? Or when you say "recent" do you mean not EA?

I mean RD. :)

I got a call today. Cloying are you a male or a female. I spoke to a lady. Her name was Amy something. She was nice!

Cloying. Do they call students that have already accepted admission?

Hm...I never got a call and I was accepted early.

Ahh that's terrible! They make a genuine effort to make a call to every single accepted student but if someone's voice mailbox doesn't pick up or if the number is wrong, etc., sometimes we can't get to them. I think last year we (and I mean they because I was a senior, hah) got something like 60-70% of the accepted students.

I'm a girl, but my name isn't Amy. Sorry!

oh..okay...lol...
