All I know is that our Valedictorian is going to Franciscan University of Steubenville. I think Salutatorian is goint to Vandy or Cornell (not sure which), third is going to RPI, fourth going to St. Anselm College, fifth going to ND.

Small, northeastern, Catholic school (grad class of about 120, usually 2-3 people get accepted to an Ivy annually. This year it was two students that I know of (2 and 3).

it was very weird this yr. our val is going to U Penn but other students, who are smart s well but a little more well rounded got accepted into Harvard, Yale, Princeton in like ED or EA. I think that our val just didnt do enough. She studied and that's all. her parents were upset (asain parents, no offense) when she was rejected from Harvard, yale, and Princeton. I think U penn is exellent, but her parents aren't satisfied.

they were atheletes, musicians, and leaders. and i dont mean leaders of the quiz bowl team either. 3 of them got accepted and are going to play sports next yr. Others were just all around kids with great grades and high SAT's. I think in the past yrs. our val's have been president of the quizbowl team and thats all. no aport, few clubs, limited EC's.

We have 3 valedictorians:
1 is going to Boston College
1 is going to Providence College
I am going to Uconn

The guy going to BC got into Swathmore and Georgetown. The one going to providence was rejected from Harvard and Yale. I was rejected from Dartmouth, Duke, and MIT.

like..sport capt. president of club thats not necessarily academic, president of chair of chorus, band, orchestra, etc. I don't know where you're going with this. i hope this is enough.

Oh, I was just wondering how good they are compared to our school's val, who got rejected by Harvard, but accepted by Princeton and Yale. However, he had no other ECs besides being a math/science/quiz bowl-all star and making USAMO as a senior.

We don't have pluses or minuses, so we have 30 valedictorians for the class of 06. I don't know where they're all going, but I can venture five.

Harvard x2
Stanford x2 (one of these was accepted into Harvard as well)
Berkeley

we don't have valedictorians, but last year I know there was one Harvard (she was asian) and 1 guy who got a perfect on is SATs and he goes to a small college in Minn. i forgot the name. one girl was Middlebury and one Notre Dame

this year, like 20 u of mich, 1 Rose Hullman, i know a guy who got in to Cornell but going to u of mich, can't think anymore....

all i know is the val from this year is going to UNC Chapel Hill and i think the sal is too.. i'm pretty sure they both just applied to a few in-state colleges and nothing out-of-state.
the val from last year went to duke, but has since dropped out.

basically no one around here tries to go to very elite or out-of-state colleges.
