<p>It depends, if you have mentioned your TOEFL score in the Common App, it is necessary for you to mail the results to the college. If you haven't mentioned your TOEFL score in the CApp, then don't bother mailing the TOEFL results. (I am assuming you have scored comfortably above 600 in the CR section). Hope it helps.</p>

By the way you are right, Harvard does not need the TOEFL.</p>
