Hi,

I have to take the TOEFL test, since english isn't my native language

I have no experience with the registration and I did not know what time I should've registered at.

I just went online and I saw that all the seats are full before the application due date at the test center where I live.

My parents said I can only take the test at the city I live in.

I really don't know what to do now.

I am freaking out.

If I cannot take the TOEFL test at ALL, do you think I could just say that English was my first language?

It wouldn't be lying because English and chinese were BOTH in a way my native language, we speak both english and chinese at home, but more of chinese though.

Also, my English is a lot better than my chinese.

What do you suggest I should do?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the bad grammar, I was in a hurry to type this.
