Toefl

Even though I'm completely fluent in English and have lived in the U.S. for over a decade, it seems that certain colleges require that all non-native English speakers take the TOEFL.

Unfortunately, the next testing date for TOEFL is January 15th.

1) Approximately how long does it take for a TOEFL result to be released?
2) Will colleges still accept results after the January 1st application deadline?

Just for references, I am applying to the following colleges:

Boston U
Carnegie Mellon U
Colgate U
Grinnell C
Princeton U
Stanford U
Tufts U
UChicago
UMichigan
UPenn
UWisconsin-Madison

Yes they will accept.

However, contact the schools and tell them that you have lived here for forever and will graduate from an american high school. They will be okay with you not taking the TOEFL.
