Hello, everyone. I was curious if any of you know whether or not it’s too late to add any supplemental materials to the portal?
The admissions portal still provides opportunities to download materials whether it be a resume or portfolio etc.
Do you think it is too late to upload an art portfolio. My daughter is an artist, but she is not planning on majoring in art. She is planning on majoring in mathematics or economics. However, she did put her portfolio in for Carnegie Mellon because she was interested in their BXA program. So, she does actually have one. I thought she should send it into U of Chicago as well. (She is somewhat shy and disagrees with me.) Is it too late to do so and should she??? Any thoughts out there?
My guess is that it would be a tad late to send in the art portfolio. Admission decision should come out in less than 3 weeks. But then what will your daughter lose by sending it in? It just may be the tiebreaker that shifts to your daughter’s favor in the last minute. So I say send it in but do it ASAP.
That’s what I was thinking…what does she have to lose???
