Too late to switch to exercise phys to become a PT?

Alright so I'm currently a sophomore and a business management major (I know its a joke, I didnt know what I truly wanted to do so I just went with this). I'm about to finish up my 4th semester of college in just a couple of weeks and I've recently found out what I really want to do after lots and lots of looking around, taking different classes, and talking to physical therapists personally. So I'm thinking about switching to Exercise Physiology and from there go on to PT. Is it too late? I know some people say its never too late but I wonder if itd be better to just tough it out or switch. I do have some requirements already out of the way and I could take summer classes to catch up. And I'd probably be willing to stay another semester at college if necessary. And I have a 3.8 GPA. Doesnt mean much though being a business major. This might seem like a dumb question and I dont feel like its too late but I just need to hear some opinions.

Map out the rest of your schedule in your new major to see if it can be done in the number of semesters you want to complete the new major in.

You know what school you are at, the requirements for your new major, breadth requirements, and what courses you have already taken, so you are in the best position to figure out how many semesters it will take you to complete the new major.
