Hey, I'm applying as a transfer Fine Arts major to Roski. I got the actual application in on time, but getting my high school and college transcript and all the supplementary stuff together has taken a long time. Is it honestly too late to think about sending those things in? Or should I go ahead anyway? About what date do they finalize all the admissions and start mailing out acceptance letters?

Call the admissions office and ask this, then report back what they say here so we will know too.

The sooner you get to USC the sooner USC can make a decision. I think admission decisions are mailed out by April. The transcript is to confirm what you post on your application so it's not too late.
