Too Late?

So. I just want to confirm:

I'm applying to several colleges that state that they should receive the application by January 1 or 2.

Is it a huge problem if ACT/SAT scores, counselor recs, and school reports come in late? How late? I submitted ACT/SAT scores today. Will they arrive too late? And what about supplementary materials?

The actual application and the supplement, as well as transcripts and teacher recs, are on time.

What I've heard is that it's generally fine, and that they expect materials to flow in over time, since they're mainly just processing paperwork over this time anyway. I just want ot make sure.

Bump! Any input on this would be helpful. I also emailed some admissions offices, but I can’t expect them to respond over break.

In short: yes.

As long as the application is in by the deadline… I wont worry about the school reports and that stuff… just make sure you take care of it when you get back to school

Thank you all! I realized why my counselor hadn’t done his forms today: I used the wrong email address for the invitation! I resubmitted it with the correct email, and hopefully it’ll be in on time.
