too little?

Hey everyone,

This is my freshman fall schedule (bio major)

intro bio
intro chem
humanities
pass/fail research prep course
(taking calc starting in winter)

I'm wondering whether i'm taking too few courses since the way I have it planned out, I've got tuesday's and thursday's off.

If so, what course(s) should I add that would fit in well with my first year premed track and maybe help get some things out of the way?

Thanks

your sciences have labs with them, correct?

If so, this might be good to start. It is your freshman year - you may need some time to adjust to college life.

I wanted my schedule to be kind of like yours in that I wanted to take Bio and Chem with Labs and Calculus but the damn advisor advised me against it and other freshman so I didn't have a choice. So I had to take chem w/ lab, calc, taking economics, pass/fail requirement and trying to get into this writing class so that I can finish my math and english requirement this year. I was thinking of adding another class but that would give me 16/17 credits and decided to keep it low (14 credits for now) since it's first semster of freshman year.
