Too much math???

Hey everyone,
next term (spring quarter, I am on the quarter system) I will be taking a class called Global Warming, as well as Calc III, Linear Algebra, and Statistics 234 which is just above AP Stats.

Do you think this is too much math in one term?

Nope. Unless you’re a ■■■■■.

Are you a ■■■■■? ■■■■■!!!

anyway… no I don’t think it is. Calc 3 is not that bad (easier than 2), stats is stats, it’s not really math and Linear Algebra isn’t that hard as well. I took Calc 3 and then Linear Algebra my Sr. year of HS through the post-secondary program and even though they weren’t at the same time it would definitely be doably if my only other classes were a Stats class and Global Warming.

The only thing is, I struggled in Calc I and II and only managed to pull Bs.
But thanks for your input! I think I will stick with this schedule. :D

What parts of Calc 1 and 2 did you find difficult? Because Calc 3 has very little overlap of the end of Calc 2 and Linear Algebra has nothing to do with calc.

Calc 2 was all about solving difficult integrals and stuff. Calc 3 integrals are pretty straightforward (aside from there being 2 or 3 of them)

Linear Algebra is a whole bunch of definitions and properties to memorize, or at least understand what they mena and how they affect other things.

Think you’ll be fine. I heard 234 is a bit of a joke from two separate people (one a physics major, the other a math major). I was going to take it next quarter, but the schedule didn’t work out well at all.

Good luck next quarter! :)
