<p>Does anyone actually think that Todd's plan will be effective--and by effective I mean change what people think of the school outside of the state? After the plan has been fully implemented, do you actually think that the general public will think of UK as a top 20 institution? <p>No, I went to UK and live out of State and the only thing UK will be known for is basketball, but people are always interested in basketball in the US.</p>
<p>I agree. The top twenty plan is nice but in my opinion the first thing they need to do is raise admission standards.</p>
<p>Agree with the above posts. They have enough money to really separate themselves from the pack and become a really good public university like Indiana or Ohio State. However, as of now as long as someone has a functioning brain they can get accepted into UK no questions asked</p>
