I hope to gather the list of true great sports (from the insiders) at the top tier schools, so that parents and future applicants can proceed with insights.

If you mean, does the coach recruit for a sport, then you can add most New England boarding schools for boys soccer. And many other sports. But, not for Ultimate Frisbee (see above)
