Not sure everyone would agree on what "top" means but here are "Campuses That Have Higher Standards"

Some info about impacted majors.
CSU: CSU Impacted Campuses and Programs

About impacted campuses

"Campus impaction (otherwise known as campuswide impaction) means that a campus has exhausted existing enrollment capacity in terms of the instructional resources and physical capacity of the campus, and because the campus receives more eligible applicants during the initial admission application filing period than can be accommodated, the campus must therefore restrict enrollment to the campus for a specific enrollment category (i.e. first-time freshmen). Currently, Fullerton, Long Beach, Cal Poly Pomona, San Diego, and Sonoma are designated as impacted CSU campuses."

What is your intended major?

I'm really undecided but I think I'm leaning towards Business.

CSUFullerton is pretty good in business and science. But don't apply to engineering there.

SDSU has the best business (very highly recruitedin SoCal) program then Cal Poly SLO, Fullerton, Long Beach..... SDSU has more programs but Cal Poly is an excellent choice. Both are very competetive admissions. For sciences Long Beach is a great choice, also engineering. CalPoly definitly for engineering #1.
