This year I think there’s a good amount of people going to UCLA and UC Berkeley. Decent amount of NYU I think, too. But majority is diverse range of UCs. But we have for the top a good amount? 3 UPenn, 1 Harvard, 1 Stanford, 1 Yale, 1 MIT.

I forgot to mention that we have one kid going to Harvard, another to Dartmouth, another to Princeton, and one to Yale. We also have 5 kids going to Emory, one kid going to UCLA, one kid going to UC Berkeley and two kids going to Duke.

I also forgot to mention that Indiana University and Ohio State are fairly popular among college-bound applicants in my school.

Out of 600 students, 28 are going to UF, 15 to FSU, 24 to UCF, 10 to USF, 3 to Florida.Gulf Coast, 4 to Univ of North FL, 3 to Duke, 2 to Georgia Tech, 1 to UC Irvine, 1 to Vanderbilt, 1 to Fordham, 1 to UC Boulder, 1 to LSU, 1 to Cornell. 1 to American Univ., 1 to Univ of Alabama, 1 to James Madison, 1 to Savannah College of Art & Design.

Community college is #1 haha. Go urban high school!

Most people at my school are going to UF, FSU, UCF, and USF. The best I’ve heard are Northwestern, Penn, UNC, Duke… There are probably more.

None

Me: Carnegie Mellon

that’s it lol. next best is Bucknell

Figured out how to use Naviance now. We were “encouraged” to use it at my school but the counselors couldn’t figure out how to send transcripts digitally until it was too late, so only a small percent (I’m guessing 15-20%) of the class ended up entering any data.

What school do you go to?

@kypdurron if that was referring to me, it’s just a USNWR Gold medal high school in Texas. Our rival school did much better than we did this year and both have famous alumni (one superentrepreneur/multibillionaire from us + one of the NFL’s best quarterbacks from them).

Oh that school, congrats bro. If you go there, you go places

I go to a large public school. Our top colleges are Stonybrook, NYU, Binghampton, St. John’s, Baruch, Hunter, Macaulay Honors, Cornell, University of Michigan, and SUNY Buffalo. Usually each Ivy accepts at least 5 students (sometimes up to 10), and three or four of them actually go.

I go to a private school w 90 kids per graduating class. From this year alone we have Harvard (3), CalTech, Columbia (3), UC Berkeley, University of Chicago, Cornell, Georgetown. But last year we had University of Cambridge, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, UPenn, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Harvard (2), Yale (3). Most people at my school go to Ohio State (I think we had 12 last year) or Miami of Ohio

Most people go to state schools, to the point that one is called, “High School 2” because you’re with the same exact people.
No on has ever gone to an Ivy from my school, at least not in the past 10-20 years.

Definitely University of Pennsylvania

@sodiumwithwater so… Phillips? Or Exeter?

This is when it becomes obvious how creepy I can be when given any form of data:

Final Enrollment (92% reporting; we typically have 92%-95% of our graduates going on to college)

Interesting stuff: Our school makes up 1.1% of UT’s incoming class and .6% of Texas A&M’s incoming class

I know someone going to each of the following from my school: UChicago, Amherst, Northwestern, United States Air Force Academy, UPenn, Duke, and Berkley. There are probably other that I don’t know about, but those are most of the big ones. A couple of those are recruited athletes.

Lulz, if only my school could send one person to this level of college.

This year we had:

UC Berkeley
Cornell
Harvey Mudd
NYU

And like everyone else is going to UConn

Public High School in poorer suburb of Chicago. Class size about 600. I would say 350 going to college.

(From what I know)

1 UPenn
1 Vanderbilt
3+ UMich
2 UChicago (1 got a full ride, the other a bit less than 100k)
1 Berkeley
2 UCLA

Most of the top 10% goes to U of Illinois, and quite a few go to Wisconsin as well.
