Top school chances

I'm in an interesting, although not uncommon, position. I just took the GMAT and scored well, and will be starting a bulge bracket analyst stint in a week. I just want some input on my chances and options.

Undergrad gpa: 3.91, top 15 school (Econ,math)
GMAT: 770 50Q, 44V
WE: bb ib analyst in top group on the street

here's the rub. I can stay in my analyst position for 2 or 3 years, and my GMAT is good only until the 2014 cycle (matriculating Fall 2015). I can apply to matticulate after my first year and not stay a third, or apply after my second and stay the third year. However, I'm worried that this won't be enough work exprience.

I could also stay 2 years at the bank, leave and do two years at another firm, and apply in the last cycle my GMAT is good for (2014).

I've read that it is often preferable to have one job rather than two pre-MBA, but id really like advice as to which path (if any) given my background and stats would optimize my chances at the M7.

Thanks

Sorry, after reading through my post, it’s kind of confusing. To simplify, I can use my GMAT until the 2014 cycle, which would allow me 5 years of post graduation work until enrolling in an MBA in 2015. I am wondering though, whether there is a significant difference in waiting until then to apply, or in applying after 2-3 years as an analyst.
