Totally lost on where to look

Hi!
So my first term of junior year is almost done and my guidance couselours are telling us to look at schools already. I've got a couple in mind, but I feel like they're all totally unrealistic for me.

Here my stats than I'm quite sure are going to actually happen (not just hoping):

UW GPA: 3.55
Weighted GPA: anywhere from a 4.0 to a 4.2 (my school's calculations are so hard to understand)
SAT: 650 CR, 770 M, 690 W
ACT: 33 E, 34 M, 29 R, 30 S (32 Composite)
I'm taking the SAT in Nov and the ACT in Dec but these scores are just based on practice tests

I've taken the most challenging curriculum available to me in 9th and 10th grade, everything I've ever taken has been honors of AP. In 10th grade I took AP Bio (3) and AP Euro (4). My mom's making me re-take the AP Bio exam though so that I can get at least a 4 lol.

As a junior I'm doing APUSH and AP Art.
I'm also planning on self studying:
AP Psych, World History, AB Calculus, Environmental Science, Human Geography, and Statistics, English Language.
Hopefully at least a 4 on all. And yes, I've started studying and I know that I can manage it all.
I'll probably take 4 APs my senior year: GoPo, Latin, Physics, Computer Science

ECs:

School and state latin club since 6th grade (been school's 2nd vp, 1st vp and state treasurer)
ACYOA youth organization since 8th grade
Speech and Debate (2 yrs)
Varsity Girls Basketball (2 yrs)
I'm a math tutor
Drama Crew (3 years)
I have two part time jobs
I'll have about 400 hours of community service by the time I apply

Schools I'd love to go to:
UC Berkeley, Lehigh, Boston University, UMichigan, Carnegie Mellon, Northeastern, Suffolk, UMass Amherst, UConn, UC San Diego, Villanova, Georgia Tech, Syracuse

I'm planning on pursuing either Biomed Engineering or Biochem major.

Can ya'll tell me whats a match, reach and safety? also on what i need to improve on?
THANKS

Suffolk: Safety
U Mass Amherst: Safety
U Conn: Safety
Syracuse: Low Match
Boston University: Low Match
Northeastern: Match
Villanova: Match
Lehigh: Match
UC San Diego: Mid/High Match (Don’t know that much about this school but I think this is where it would fall)
Georgia Tech: High Match
U Michigan: Mid Reach
Carnegie Mellon: Mid Reach
UC Berkeley: Reach

I did this with out really taking your prospective major into account so take it with a grain of salt.

As for what you need to improve on, I would focus mainly on your scores and grades. I know hearing this can get old, but your transcript is the most important part of your application and your scores can be the difference for top schools. As for ECs, If you can, try to pick up an internship at a hospital or lab over the summer. It doesn’t have to be a hospital (or an internship either) but I would recommend engaging in an extracurricular related to your major.

Good luck with the self-studying!

For engineering, UMich would be pretty high reach due to poor GPA and mediocre test scores. LSA would be a reach too.

thank you both! yeah I know umich will be almost impossible to get into, but i might as well try. my absolute dream (and biggest reach) is UC berkeley, so I’m hoping i can tour is soon since im not in state.

also, is there any more private schools I should look at? I feel like i have a lot of public schools but not as many private. also, what should i be aiming for in terms of sat/act?

What’s in-state for you and do you need financial aid?
