Tough Choice (Fordham & Manhattan College)

First off, I know it's ultimately my decision, but I want to get some input from others.

I got accepted to Manhattan College and Fordham University, among a few others. After weeding out the others, these are my final two. Manhattan gave me a 16k/yr scholarship, which is great, especially since their tuition isn't too bad to begin with. This would be a very easy choice if Fordham had not gave me a lot of money, but they did. They gave me enough money that Fordham is actually just a bit cheaper than Manhattan. I have visited Fordham, but not Manhattan, although my dad and uncle went there so I got a good understanding of the campus and programs. I do like Fordham over Manhattan is almost every aspect except one. Manhattan seems to have a very good engineering program, compared to the non-existent one at Fordham. I'm looking to go into Computer Science/Engineering. While Fordham does have a Computer Science program, I am very tempted by the engineering curriculum at Manhattan. I wanted to get some opinions from others, so please tell me what you think.

Ultimately the purpose of college is to start your career, so if you’re 100% certain about going into engineering, then I’d advise going to the one with the better program. If you’re unsure and you like Fordham better, try it out and then you can always transfer. I would also advise visiting the Manhattan campus before making the decision if you can, so you can get the “vibe” of the place to make sure you like it. I remember Columbia University being a top contender in my book for a while, based on what I’d heard about it, until I visited it and absolutely despised the place - for no particular reason other than I wasn’t feeling it.
Good luck! Decisions are hard, Fordham is one of my top two choices too.
