so who's toured the campus either by themselves or on the campus tours? did you like your tour guide? did he walk backwards the whole time? like the campus? lol speak!

(oh and how much is just the regular admitted student ucla tour? ...i'm asking because i went last weekend with my friend and she paid, and she won't tell me how much it was so i can pay her back. grr.)

Umm I did a tour before the honors day. 2 hours long, tour guide walked backwards for 3/4 of it(obviously he didnt walk backwards up Jans Steps Terrace).

My tour guide's name was Mary, who was graduating senior with a double major in English and Japanese. She was really nice, and got me really excited about the English Department. The campus was beautiful, and the tour was free as far as I was aware--maybe your friend was referring to the registration fee ($10/person for lunch)? Who knows, but the tour convinced me that UCLA was the place for me.

I had Matt, Bio major Spanish minor just like what I want, thought I might want Physiological Sciences instead. But he was cool, very informative.

i went pre-honors day, too. i forget my guide's name but she was a really friendly senior from Richmond, CA. She's a humanities major and was very helpful. im still torn between la and sd though...
