Tranfer Chances for Notre Dame? ;)

Hi all,
I'm a freshman at West Chester University in PA. I decided to go there mainly because I am very young (16) and my mother was uncomfortable with the idea of sending me away so early. Anyway, it's a regionally well known public school, but certainly not where I would like to attend long term. I'm currently looking into other schools for next year (fall 2015), most notably Notre Dame (my mom has said she's ok with my leaving the nest at 17). What do you think my chances are?

SAT: 2020

High School GPA: 3.9

College GPA: 3.835

College Transcript: French 201 (got an A), French 202 (A), Computer Science 110 (A-), Macroeconomics 111 (A-), Statistics 121 (A), Linguistics 230 (A-)
This fall I am scheduled to take: Russian 301 Advanced Grammar, Russian 403 20th Century Poetry, Geology 101, Political Science 213, and Intro to Calculus 110. I don't know what I'll take in the spring yet.

Majors: Double Major in Russian and Statistics with a Minor in International Business. Not sure what that would translate into at Notre Dame :p

Rec Letters: I'm pretty sure I could get a good recommendation from the director of the Russian department, who also happens to be my advisor. I haven't gotten a chance to get to know any of the other professors, but there will be time for that during this school year.

I think that you are an extremely qualified candidate. Russian isn’t something everyone takes so I feel like that should get your foot in the door because it diversifies your Statistics major and International Business minor. I do not know how strong Notre Dame is in these particular areas but I think you have a good shot. However, I noticed that you did not put any ECs?

@‌ colleget21 Oops, forgot. Mainly my ECs are ballet and raising seeing eye puppies

bump? :/
