Transfer Chances for U of Michigan, Duke, Notre Dame, etc (will chance back!)

Hi all,
I'm a freshman at West Chester University in PA. I decided to go there mainly because I am very young (16) and my mother was uncomfortable with the idea of sending me away so early. Anyway, it's a regionally well known public school, but certainly not where I would like to attend long term. I'm currently looking into other schools for next year (fall 2015, my mom has said she's ok with my leaving the nest at 17). What do you think my transfer chances are for the following schools:

Top Choices:
Notre Dame
University of Michigan
Duke
John Hopkins
UPenn
Carnegie Mellon

Others:
University of North Carolina
McGill
Boston College

University of Washington

My Stats:

SAT: 2020

High School GPA: 3.9

College GPA: 3.835

College Transcript: French 201 (got an A), French 202 (A), Computer Science 110 (A-), Macroeconomics 111 (A-), Statistics 121 (A), Linguistics 230 (A-)
This fall I am scheduled to take: Russian 301 Advanced Grammar, Russian 403 20th Century Poetry, Geology 101, Political Science 213, and Intro to Calculus 110. I don't know what I'll take in the spring yet.

Majors: Double Major in Russian and Statistics with a Minor in International Business. Not sure what that would translate into at another school.

Rec Letters: I'm pretty sure I could get a good recommendation from the director of the Russian department, who also happens to be my advisor. I haven't gotten a chance to get to know any of the other professors, but there will be time for that during this school year.

ECs: Ballet, raising seeing eye dogs for the blind; I also work at Wawa.

Hey there. From what I know about Notre Dame they really like hard working people! So I guess Notre Dame would be very good for you. And about other universities I would prefer Boston, McGill Washington, or UPenn. As far as I see you are hard working person! I am also currently 16 years old and I am applying to colleges. I wish you best of luck and I am sure you will make it into your dream college ;)

If you have serious interest in ND, I would contact their transfer admissions office asap. All freshmen at ND are enrolled in the First Year Studies program and must fulfill several requirements their first year, including two semesters of math and two of science. I believe they generally prefer transfer applicants to have most, if not all, of these requirements completed at their current school. I could be wrong, though, and your best bet would be to contact ND directly.

your top choices are generally all reaches. UMICH is prob a low reach
