<p>Hello, I'm an international student. Today, I asked my counselor and found a weird problem. Due to some mistakes, the transcript my counselor sent to Commonapp DIDN'T contain the school letterhead or any verification signature (I'm not sure why this thing happened). Even worse, as I submitted the Commonapp section, some schools had downloaded my counselor's school report (though there's no email notification up to now). Can I do something to resolve this weird problem?</p>

<p>Can you have your school counselor email the admissions office and verify that the upload did not have the letterhead and signature, but are legitimately from your school? See what they advise. Since it is already submitted, I would think this would be the logical way to go. Just look up the admissions office contact on the website and send an email.</p>
