Not carefully examining the transcript requirements, I ordered my official copy to be sent after spring grades were posted, when apparently you are required to send the transcript of just the work prior to that, so that it would certainly arrive before June 1.

The grades were posted a while ago, and I received an email saying my transcript request had been processed on the 18'th, and i've been refreshing the my UCLA login, waiting for the check mark to appear while gritting my teeth. What if it somehow doesn't make it on time? I assume, or at least hope, they won't rescind my admission.

Some people on here have said that they sent their transcripts awhile ago yet nothing has appeared.

I don’t have a link to the exact posts though.

It’s understandable to worry about it but I think that if your transcripts are post marked before June 1, that you’re fine. The transcripts should arrive there quickly like any mail, so if it’s anything, I’d say it’s a problem with one of their departments as to why they haven’t updated their site.

Mine updated in a little over a week, saying they received my preliminary transcript (through fall '08), and are waiting for my final transcript (through spring).
I don’t think it’s a big deal if they don’t receive it on time. A lot of people forget, thinking they have to wait until they get their spring grades. As far as I know, all that will happen is that they won’t have a degree progress report ready for you when you go to orientation. They’re not going to rescind your admission if they don’t receive it on time. They’re not Nazis.
