Transcripts and Sealed Envelope

Should my academic records/transcripts be sealed by the respective school officer into the respective school sealed envelope with the school's stamp or officer's signature on it OR I can just put them all into one sealed envelope?

If I certify my transcripts at a earlier date and never ask the school officer to seal them in an envelope, but have come back to the school office again and asked the officer to seal them into the school envelope at a later date, is it alright?

If the date that my school officer certify the transcripts is different from the date that they seal it into the envelope, is it alright?

Is it alright for the transcripts in the envelope to be certified at different date?

As long as you haven’t tampered with any of the material, I don’t see why there would be a problem with simply getting the material together, putting it into a single envelope, and mailing it whenever is convenient. You definitely don’t need to put all the different components of the school material into different envelopes, and really, unless you’ve done something suspicious to them, the dates/seals aren’t going to matter at all. Most likely a grunt will process all your stuff from the envelope into your folder, so admissions officers wouldn’t even see how your envelope was sealed/dated.

You really need not be worried!
