I have not gotten around to filling out my applications yet i am doing that now :).... but my school has set a date to which they need everything from me to give them ...so they can send out the counsler forms and transcripts... Can I send the transripts and scores before the application? i know this may be stupid but can I?

Simple answer: yes, you can have your transcript, etc. sent in before your application arrives at the college. In practice, if the schools to which you are applying have a "Part 1," which is basically just biographical information (name, high school, etc.), it is a good idea to send that in as soon as possible, to make sure your file gets opened accurately. But the colleges are used to getting pieces of the application in random sequence.
