If my school gave me an official transcript that is sealed and stamped already by them can I send it to a college by myself??
If it is completely sealed up, and all you need to do is address the envelope and slap on a postage stamp, then you will just be doing what umpteen students have done over the years. Don’t worry about this. Get it in the mail.
