<p>Hi everybody, I am a prospective community college student from the state of WA. I have several questions regarding out of state transfer, Is UofA a transfer friendly school and is a 2.8 gpa good enough to apply to UofA. Also how is UofA public health department, I am planning to major in health administration. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could answer these questions.</p>
