transfer admissions

So, last year I applied to Pitt as a transfer in to the business school and was accepted. I sent in my deposit, but ultimately decided to stay at my current school after being offered a scholarship. Unfortunately I've found out that I'd much rather be at Pitt. Do I need to apply again or does Pitt retain your application for a year like some other schools do?

Hi brilliantblue21,

What you need to do is contact Pitt’s admissions office and let them know that you were previously accepted to the business school, but chose to defer your enrollment. You also need to tell them that you would like to be reinstated. They should still have your records on file.

I called and they did still have everything on file. Thank you!

You’re welcome. Best of luck!
