Hi.
I have another college for one year after graduating college, but withdrew for sophomore because I did not do so well in the freshman year, and felt I was not ready for the transition from high school yet.

However, I am attending a community college and thinking about transfer. I want to transfer as soon as possible.

With one year transfer (assuming I will be completing 30 credits, gpa of 3.5<x), do I must show my high school record?

I have a very dynamic high school record... barely kept 2.8-3.0 range in freshman and sophomore, gotten a straight-A in junior, and only about 2.0 in senior (all classes were AP). I have took SAT twice in Junior year, first score was 1600 range, and for second time I gotten about 2000.
I have been working 5 hours a day from high school, and is working 10 hours a day when I don't have classes at community college to keep up with the family's financial situation.

What are my options? I can't sleep thinking about my futures...
