Hey guys, I'll be a sophomore biological science major/pre-med transfer in CALS. Right now, it looks like I'll be taking 16 credits - Orgo (3), Orgo Lab (2), Physics I (4), Intro to Sociology (3) and Finance (4). I'm taking Intro to Sociology to fulfill my last humanities requirement and Finance because I'm planning on minoring in Finance. I also plan on taking Genetics or Evolutionary Biology spring semester. By the end of the fall semester, I'll still have to complete 6 credits in writing/oral expression to fulfill the CALS requirement and I'm not sure if I should add a writing/oral expression class this semester. What do you guys think? I feel like as of now, my schedule is on the light side. I also have enough credits to go in as a second-semester sophomore so I'm not sure if I should "overload" since I'm not planning on graduating early. Thanks!

This is a typical premed schedule. Only thing that might be a problem is that you are a transfer and you might not be used to the workload at Cornell.

looks good. intro to soc will be easy so it wont take much time. i heard AEM finance, forgot the #, had a lot of work.

I wouldn’t call that light but it’s very managable. Don’t underestimate.

guys, how does this look?

it’s 4 classes/16 credits since autotutorial physics isn’t there (it shouldn’t be, right?)

thanks!

bump…anyone??

monday chem lab can be annoying…if u can move it to the middle of the week try to.
now im not a fan of big spaces in between classes…because chances are i wont make it to the last class. Unless that is the only time offered for the aem class i would try finding an earlier time. Its very easy to get to ur dorm and just be too tired to leave again.
