<p>I am admitted and going to Cal Poly, Pomona for Business Administration. But, we just found that my mom has damaged heart valve and has to be replaced within a month or two. She has no one to support her. I am going to be flying every weekend to help her for this quarter. I wanted to know what if transfer for next quarter to De Anza Community College and then in fall 2012, I can transfer to Santa Clara or other Uc's? Does this double transfer will look bad in my record? I am really worried and concerned about my mom's health and my future. Please experts guide me.</p>
<p>Not really, double transfers aren’t really too much of a problem. As long as you get good grades, you will get the benefit of the doubt for whatever reason you had for transferring. For your situation, as long as your can explain why this happened, you shouldn’t have any problems with this. Also, I’m not too familiar with the UCs but would it be possible for you to apply for winter (or spring) 2012 to the UCs you want to go?</p>
