I am currently a senior in high school with a fairly unimpressive high school record, save for test scores. I plan on attending Texas A&M in the fall as a business major, and I'm wondering what chance I would have to transfer to Wharton after my freshman year.

H.S. GPA: 3.4-3.5
SAT: 2380
H.S. Extra-Curric.: 3 years debate, 3 years tennis, 3 years Social-Philosophical Forum (2 as president), 1 year Comp. Sci. club, etc.
H.S. Achievements: Qualified for state debate tournament, National Merit Commended, UIL State for Ready Writing, various Comp. Sci. placings, etc.

While my GPA is definitely sub-par, it's definitely because of a lack of motivation on my part, and I have since become much more ambitious in terms of my future goals. I think it's safe to assume a 4.0 college GPA when I apply to transfer to UPenn. What chances might I have at admission?
