Transfer chances at UT Austin! Thanxx

Ok well I'm a high-school junior, but I'm enrolled fulltime at Lone-Star College (maybe you have heard of it if you live in texas...) I will graduate high-school with <60 hours of college credit and will complete about 90% of the recommended courses from the transfer guide. I want to do chemical engineering at UT. Ok now to my stats! (Yes I live in texas...lol)

Gender: Male
High-School GPA: 4.0
College GPA: 4.0

SAT I: 1930 (680M, 630CR, 620W)
ACT: 26 (I do terrible at those silly standerized tests)
Do I need to take SAT II's?

I have fairly good EC's, but nothing spetacular...Play basketball, piano, Black Belt Tai Kwon Do, and a bunch of community service stuff...
I believe UT accepts about 50% of the transfers...Anyways what do you think? Thanks!!

Oh yeah, what about Cornell? Those are my two top choices...But I think UT is a better fit.

Good chances at UT with a 4.0 GPA. Not sure about Cornell.

bumpppp. Anybody else?? Thanks Greennblue!
