Hey, I'm a freshman at Tufts, and I'm thinking about transferring to Vanderbilt for computer science. Can anyone give me a general idea of how good a chance I have?

My GPA after this semester will most likely be between 3.6 and 3.7 (for general purposes, lets say it's a 3.63).

Some other things to consider:
-I'm from Maine, and Vanderbilt only has 4.3% of it's student body from new england. Does it help?
-I know I can get GLOWING reviews from two of my professors.
-I'm really low income. (good? bad?)

Any advice?

Thanks
