Transfer chances for someone with very little pre reqs

Hello everyone.
I currently attend Taft Community college and am in my second (and hopefully last) year.
My first year I was undecided on my major so I just took my gen ed for CSU's (most of them atleast) and a easy computer class.
This summer I finally decided to follow my childhood dream of becoming a geologist so I have applied to only geology programs at the following schools: csulb, csuf, sfsu, sdsu, csun, and cal poly Pomona.
My current GPA is 3.705 for all csu trans units and after spring semester I will have the 62 units and A-E required to transfer.
All sounds great right?
The main thing that has me worried is my pre requisites for my major. All I currently have to satisfy my pre reqs for most schools is Geology 1500 and Bio 1500. I had planned on taking pre calc and physics 1 last semester, but unfortunately my chrons disease had me hospitalized at the beginning of last semester (2 surgeries) so those two classes being my most demanding and difficult were forced to be dropped and one was a pre req and the other was leading me to calc this semester.
I was planning on taking physics or chem again this semester, but since my jc is very small they only offer chem/phys 1 once a year in the fall and only offer chem/phys 2 in the spring.
So this semester I am taking Geol, bio, drama, spanish 2 (need for A-E) and pre calc (to take calc asap).
So what do you guys think my chances are to get accepted to any of these schools?
My counselor says that my chances are not to bad since my gpa is decent, but I am not really convinced.
I really would like to get accepted for next year, but will not mind taking another year in jc to finish all of my pre reqs and then maybe applying to a UC instead.
Also I just sent in two supplemental apps today.
Sorry for the long post just a little on edge and wanted to get the most information out as I could.

The CSU system isn’t very selective- I agree, your GPA is very good, so I wouldn’t be too worried.
