My application was completed in October, and since then I've had three people submit their recommendations (two faculty, one an attorney at the world's top law firm who I worked for when I lived in NY). I was considered for spring transfer, but it wasn't offered (8% admit rate). I plan on sending in mid-term grades in a couple of weeks, but what else should I do/send to them to show them how badly I want to get in? If I get in I'm going, no doubt about it, but how do I let them know that without sounding desperate?

Also, while I'm at it, what do you think of my chances?

I attend a junior college in VA - a branch of William & Mary
GPA: 3.9 currently, 3.95 expected after this semester
53 credits after this semester
Test scores: N/A, because they were taken too long ago - high school records are not considered much, either
EC's: Two unpaid internships (one for Gov. Kaine's campaign, one at a National Battlefield)
Out of state
Non-traditional (23 y/o)
3 stellar recommendations (considering submitting a fourth)
Strong essays
Interesting life experiences

Thanks.
