transfer chances?

attended cu boulder last semester; majoring in philosophy
received a 3.2 GPA taking the following courses:
intro to philosophy (A)
peace and conflict studies (B+)
general psychology (B-)
middle eastern history (B)
african american social and political thought (B+)
15 credits.
was involved in Students for Education Reform (elected to executive board) and worked briefly for Amendment 66.

currently taking a semester off because lots of things were going on at home, including serious financial issues. I'll probably be working this semester to pay off school costs and debt.

I had a 3.4W high school GPA and was involved in many organizations (model legislature, marching band, a few clubs, etc.) and had an 1800 sat.

Just curious as to why you picked Fordham if you have such serious financial issues? Even if they take all your credits you still have 3 1/2 years left of school and Fordham is $55k a year. How do you plan to pay for that? It just doesn’t seem like a realistic option.

GPA might be a little low. During Fordham’s transfer information presentation, they said the average admitted transfer student has 3.45-3.5.

sandkmom it’s all good, I’m clearing that up right now thanks.
thanks southey16!

Good luck! :)
