Schools Applying to: Uc Santa Cruz(Would have completed all tag courses, except 1), UC Davis, UC riverside
I’m no expert, but I’d say you have a pretty good chance! Would you consider tagging to one of them?
I was supposed to tag to uc santa cruz, but now I’m not so sure since one of the required classes are only offered in the fall(discrete math). So I will take the part 2 to that class in the spring.
The great thing about TAG is it is all spelled out for you - take these classes, get these grades and you are in… which is great if you can do both, pick a target early and don’t change your mind. Sounds like you’ve got the GPA part down. (congrats by the way, 3.6 in CS is a stellar GPA) but, I wouldn’t burn my only TAG on a school I didn’t have the courses for. They’ll turn it down. Pick Davis, or Riverside for the TAG. Apply to the other (and Santa Cruz) as a regular transfer.
