Transfer chances...

I'm currently a freshman at a top 20 liberal arts college and am seriously considering transfering next year. My stats are:

High School
GPA:3.63/4.0 Unweighted
SATs: Math 700 Crit. Reading 710 Writing 750
EC: Newspaper editor, Yearbook editor-in-chief, varsity skiing, founder of several successful clubs, 100 hours of internship.
Good recs.

College
Expect a 3.7 GPA, possible higher
ECs, very strong

I'm thinking about UChicago, Georgetown, Brown, Vassar, NYU, and Northwestern

What do y'all think my chances are at any/all of these schools?

I'd say your chances at Brown are poor just because they have so few openings. Figures from collegeboard:
* Total number of transfer students who applied: 1,085
* Total number of transfer students who were admitted: 33
But your chances are much better at the others. Keep the GPA as high as possible.

Any other opinions?

Any more thoughts, particularly about UChicago?

chicago is all about the essays
work on those and you've got really solid chances
