Transfer chances?

Just finished everything today…

I’m applying as a transfer student from a community college in connecticut (rated top 1% in the nation). Ive got a 3.69 GPA.

Fall:

Intermed. Ital A

Spring:

Gen Chem II Probably a B- but will try to get to B+ by the end of the semester.

Anyway,
Sat I: 1310… 660 math 650 writing
SAT IIS: Chemistry 690, Math IIC 640, … but… writing 540 (no idea what
happened there.)

SATs can be explained a bit as I was in a different curriculum. I’ve since really worked on my writing. Oh, also, for my SAT I, I was in the 95th percentile for every field except for the Analogies where I was in the 65th. Do you think they will take that into consideration?

Excellent essays as well as recommendations from my Italian teacher, macroeconomics teacher who is the director of one of the departments here, the founder of Fast-Track, the principal of my boarding school, and my educational consultant who is a graduate of Harvard and Columbia.

There are more things which just solidify all of this, but that is the general pictures.

Now, I’ve read some really conflicting things. Firstly, I have read that Wharton’s average transfer student has a 1330+ and a 3.6 GPA. Is there any truth in that? I am aware that it is incredibly competitive, but I still think that I have a decent shot. My recommendations where really amazing and I think that founding my own organization is laudable. Going to Italy for two years as also pretty unique. Heh, also, being a minority is also in my side in terms of class diversity. Shrugs

Thank you for any input.
This next month and a half or so will be hard to wait out.

I’ve also applied for transfer to McGill and to the Stern school.
