Was interested in transferring. Can anyone maybe ballpark what GPA would be good enough to get in? I know it's a very broad question.

2.5 is good to transfer in, what program are you applying for?

oh okay, i have a 3.8 right now. I want to go into sports management, is it possible to transfer into the honors program?

FYI: job placement rate with a B.S. in sport management is 40% and with a masters is only 60%

Well I guess I'll have to be pretty good at it.

Temple has 100% job placement for SM majors.

Excellent, where did you find this?

From the dean

if you transfer, where are you living at?

I'm not sure, I just know it has to be on campus.

oh ok, i know i looked at the places they list on their housing site, university village, the edge, oxford village, syndhams commons, kardon-atlantic..............does anyone have any insights onto these and to which is the best deal and the best chance at getting into as a transfer student?

I have no idea what Synhams Commons are, but the rest are nice. Kardon has HUGE rooms, but it's kinda far from a lot of stuff like the Liacouras Center, the SAC, etc. Very close to the train station. Some of the academic buildings, some food places, and the TECH Center arent too far away, but it's a decent walk. The Edge is nice. Pretty new, average size rooms, kinda new age/funky design, near a lot of buildings on campus, food is literally downstairs.

I'm not sure where transfers would be placed.
